Sure, your dog might bark when the mailman is just trying to do their job, they might woof a little if a guest they like comes to visit, they might yap slightly if a leaf falls the wrong way outside the window. But when we say that dogs are quiet, we don't mean to deny they are pawfessional borkers (at least the majority of them). We mean to say something completely different - dogs make our souls quiet, in the best borking way possible. Dogs are known to help their hooman stay calm, collected, and downright relaxed. Dogs are a big source of comfort and love for the people who belong to them (yes, we belong to the dogs, not the other way around). The comfort dogs bring to people is unmatched, and the quiet it brings to our souls is unheard of anywhere else (besides Buddhist temples, maybe).

So let us rephrase a little - despite the borking, dogs bring the most quiet to our mere human existence. What would we be without our four-legged fluffy BFFs? We don't know, it's hard to imagine a world with no dogs, but there's one thing we're sure of - our souls would be much less relaxed, much less chill, much less quiet. And we adore dogs for it.

Thanks, random Golden Retriever in the most Golden Retriever picture we've ever seen in our lives. It really did just make our day way better than before. Just put a dog into anything (really, anything), and it'll be better. Dogs make everything better: Watching TV? Better with a dog by your side, or in the show. Walking in the park? Obviously better with a dog. Cooking? Definitely better with a dog, a loyal taster of all things. Going on a date with a special someone? Much better if you bring your dog along, it cutes up the atmosphere like nothing else.
So, having a lovely picture of a vibrant flower field? Nice. But now add to it one of the sweetest dog breeds smiling in it, as if there is nothing to worry about in the world? Absolute perfection. We love, love, love it. It made our day better tenfold.
